Welcome to Mail-Verifier. This service is operated by Yantai Chuanyuan Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("the Platform"), providing email address validity verification through the domestic site (mail-verifier.xyz) and international site (mail-verifier.com).

Please read and fully understand these Terms before using the service. By registering an account or using the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service immediately.

The Platform may revise these Terms at any time according to legal changes and business needs. Revised Terms take effect upon publication; continued use constitutes acceptance.

1. Definitions

The Platform: Yantai Chuanyuan Network Technology Co., Ltd. and the Mail-Verifier service it operates.

User: Any natural person, legal entity or organization that registers an account or uses the Platform's services.

Verification Service: The email address validity verification service, including single verification, bulk verification and API.

Verification Data: Email address lists and related files uploaded by users for verification.

Verification Result: The verification status and log output after processing verification data.

2. Service Content

The Platform provides email address validity verification, including but not limited to: syntax check, domain check, and mail server check.

Two verification methods: single verification (free) and bulk verification (paid, per verification).

The Platform also provides an API service allowing users to integrate verification into their own systems.

Accuracy notice: Verification results are based on the target mail server's response at the time of verification and may be inaccurate due to server configuration changes, anti-spam policies, or network conditions. You understand and agree that the Platform does not guarantee 100% accuracy.

Some mail servers (e.g., Yahoo) return "valid" for all addresses for security reasons. This is a technical limitation beyond the Platform's control, and the Platform assumes no warranty liability for such results.

3. Registration and Account Management

Users shall provide true, accurate and complete registration information. Update it promptly when it changes.

Users shall keep account, password and API Key secure. Losses due to leakage or poor custody are borne by the user.

Each account is for the user's own use only and may not be rented, lent, transferred or shared.

Users may cancel their account by contacting support. After cancellation, the Platform will delete the user's personal information within 30 days, unless otherwise required by law.

4. User Conduct

When using the service, users shall comply with PRC laws and may not:

Upload or submit email addresses obtained through illegal scraping, theft, purchase or other unlawful means;

Use verification results for sending spam, phishing, fraud or other illegal activities;

Use the service to conduct DDoS attacks or malicious probing against specific mail servers;

Use verification results to infringe others' privacy, freedom of communication or other lawful rights;

Reverse engineer, decompile, crack or otherwise attempt to obtain source code of the service;

Make malicious requests to exceed service limits or bypass billing mechanisms;

Violate the Cybersecurity Law, Data Security Law, Personal Information Protection Law, Anti-Spam Regulations or other PRC laws.

5. Responsibility for Verification Data

Legality of source: Users must ensure verification data comes from lawful sources with necessary authority or authorization. Users are responsible for the lawfulness of the data source.

Role division: For uploaded verification data, the user is the personal information processor (data controller), and the Platform acts as a processor executing verification tasks only under the user's instructions.

Purpose limitation: Users warrant that results are used only for lawful commercial or personal purposes such as email list cleaning and marketing deliverability improvement. Results may not be used for any illegal purpose.

Anti-spam statement: The Platform only provides email validity verification tools and is not responsible for users' conduct after using results. Users sending emails based on results shall comply with the Anti-Spam Regulations and ensure the legality of their sending behavior.

Liability: Any legal liability arising from unlawful data sources or illegal use of results is borne by the user. If user conduct causes third-party claims or regulatory penalties against the Platform, the Platform may seek indemnification.

Limited platform liability: The Platform undertakes data security obligations during processing. However, it does not substantively review the legality of uploaded content or data sources and assumes no warranty liability.

6. Intellectual Property

The website design, layout, trademarks, logo, copy and code are the intellectual property of the Platform. No one may copy, reproduce or use them without written authorization.

Intellectual property rights of uploaded verification data belong to the user or original rights holder.

Infringement complaint (notice-and-takedown): If any content on the Platform infringes your IP rights, submit a written notice via QQ 1169531800 including: (1) identity proof of the rights holder; (2) proof of ownership; (3) link or description of infringing content; (4) statement of authenticity. The Platform will take timely measures such as deletion or blocking upon receiving a valid notice.

7. Privacy Protection

The Platform values personal information protection. For rules on collection, use, storage and sharing, please refer to our Privacy Policy. In case of inconsistency, the Privacy Policy prevails.

8. Paid Services and Refunds

Bulk verification uses pay-per-use billing; users must recharge before use. Pricing is as published on the website.

After recharge, verification credits are credited in real time. Used credits are non-refundable.

If no credits have been used after recharge, users may contact support within 24 hours for a full refund, returned to the original payment account.

9. Service Changes and Termination

The Platform may change, suspend or terminate part or all of the service at any time. For material changes, users will be notified via website announcement in advance.

If a user violates these Terms, the Platform may issue warnings, suspend service, or ban the account, without liability.

After termination, the Platform will process user data per the retention periods in the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". The Platform makes no express or implied warranties regarding continuity, timeliness, accuracy or reliability.

To the extent permitted by law, the Platform's liability for direct losses from using or being unable to use the service is limited to the fees actually paid by the user.

The Platform is not liable for indirect losses including: (1) lost profits; (2) data loss; (3) business interruption; (4) goodwill damage.

The Platform is not liable for service interruption or abnormality caused by force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, cyberattacks, telecom network failures).

11. Reporting Illegal and Harmful Information

If users or third parties find illegal or harmful content on the Platform, they may report it via QQ 1169531800.

The Platform will verify and handle the report in accordance with law.

Users may also report to the China Internet Illegal Information Reporting Center (www.12377.cn) or local public security authorities.

12. Minors

This service is for adults. Minors under 18 may not register. Minors under 14 who need to use the service must do so with guardian accompaniment and consent.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of mainland China.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the service shall first be resolved through friendly consultation.

If consultation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent people's court at the location of Yantai Chuanyuan Network Technology Co., Ltd.
